1987
The real estate company makes its first foray into the Pittsburgh market when it purchases the 594,000-square-foot historic world headquarters of Gulf Oil from the Gulf Oil Company.
In 2005 the Frick Building was acquired. The structure, half empty and in need of some updates was then renovated and since been 90 percent filled by tenants.
2012
The purchase of Birmingham Towers office building expanding their portfolio to the South Side and immediately began renovating and improving the building. Since then Birmingham Tower has been renamed 2100 Wharton Street.
Late November 2013, the real estate company completed its purchase of the 34-story Koppers building in Downtown Pittsburgh. With this acquisition, the companies now own three of the most iconic buildings on Grant Street – Koppers, the Frick Building, and Gulf Tower.
2017
Stretching their portfolio to include Cherrington Corporate Center near the airport and a major portion of Foster Plaza in Green Tree, the real estate companies continue to make their presence known throughout Pittsburgh. This was also the year the Koppers Building technology updates, conference renovations, and other improvements were completed.
